Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
Product Condition
The product must be unused and in brand-new condition. It must not have scratches, dents, or signs of use.
Packaging Requirements
It must be returned in its original packaging, including box, lid, straw, and any accessories.
Proof of Purchase
Return request must be submitted with valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please report this within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo or video.
Refund & Exchange Process
Inspection
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.).
Approval & Processing
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 5–7 working days.
Exchanges: A replacement item will be shipped after the returned product is approved.
Shipping Costs
Delivery charges for returns may apply unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Used or damaged products (damaged by customer)

- Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged)
