Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet ALL the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in brand-new condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including box, lid, straw, and any accessories.

The product must not have scratches, dents, or signs of use.

Return request must be submitted with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

⚠️ Critical: Please report this within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo or video.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged products (by customer)

Items without original packaging

Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged)

For exchanges, a replacement item will be shipped after the returned product is approved.
