All tumbler bottles and drinkware sold on our Website are high-quality products sourced directly from trusted manufacturers. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of all products sold. Insulation performance may vary based on environmental factors. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes for any product.

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier pricing, or promotional periods. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product availability is updated regularly but not guaranteed until payment is processed and order confirmation is issued. Limited edition or custom products may have restricted availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or pricing errors. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive email confirmation upon successful order placement and again when your order ships with tracking information.

We currently ship across all seven emirates of the UAE. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by location and order value. Free shipping is available for orders over AED 200; a standard shipping fee applies to smaller orders. Delivery estimates are 2–3 business days within the UAE. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Due to hygiene considerations, we only accept returns of unopened, unused tumbler bottles in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items must include all original seals, packaging, and proof of purchase. Used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Nuaims Evergreen may offer promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers from time to time. These are subject to the following terms:
